Shipping

Orders leave Bavdhan, Pune. Shipping is free when the pieces total ₹999 or more. Smaller orders add ₹79.

Prices on the site already include GST. You will see the tax portion on the order after payment.

Returns (online orders only)

Every piece shipped from our warehouse includes an Amondas return tag. Keep this tag intact on the jewellery until you are sure you want to keep the order.

• Tag intact: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. We refund 100% of the piece price minus ₹100 reverse pick-up fee once the item is received and checked.
• Tag removed or missing: We cannot accept the return, except at our discretion for damage in transit. In some cases, if the tag was removed but you return within 7 days, only 30% of the order value may be refunded.
• After 7 days: The return window closes. Late requests cannot be processed.
• Bought in our Bavdhan store: In-store purchases are final sale and cannot be returned through the website or by post.

To start a return, email contact@amondas.com with your order number, photos of the piece and tag, and the reason. Refunds go back through Razorpay after inspection.

Damaged delivery

If a piece arrives damaged, write within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund through Razorpay.
